I purchased pheasant coasters from Animal Den via the internet and found their customer service to be excellent. I was notified via email the status of my order and given the total, etc. I received the package in a timely manner, but received quail coasters instead of pheasant coasters. When I called customer service, they were really helpful and immediately shipped the correct pheasant coasters that I had originally ordered and they made it in time for Christmas. They didn’t charge me any additional shipping fees and told me I could keep the quail coasters at no charge. Therefore, I would highly recommend shopping at the Animal Den.
